Returns

Return Cost

All shipping expenses on returns remains the responsibility of the customer.

14 Days to Return

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Faulty items may be returned, provided they are in their original packaging and include all original components. Please note that returns will not be accepted for damage resulting from general wear and tear.

All returned items will undergo a condition assessment to determine if they qualify for a return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for proper jewellery care. This includes avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions, and storing pieces in a soft cloth pouch when not in use.
